Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used hair products.

Products without original packaging or seals.

Items purchased during final sale or promotional events (unless defective).
Return Process

Package Your Item: Securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, a restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Munjanja Hair and Cosmetics.
Damaged or Defective Products
